Local Pick Up

Orders may be collected free of charge, by selecting local pickup at checkout. Orders can be collected from the Ash & Mill store, 1st Floor Albert Hall, 208 Albert Rd, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7915.

Shipping

Alternatively, you may select shipping at checkout. Orders may be delivered by Ash & Mill staff, or by local courier companies, like Aramex, The Courier Guy and FastWay Couriers, or international couriers like FedEx or UPS. Orders are shipped within two business days of your order being placed.

Parcels will be sent via courier to your door, and will need to be signed for, as if no one is home the parcel will be redirected back to our offices.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Fees are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over a specified value threshold. 

How long will my order take to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

This will depend on where you live. Within the greater Cape Town region, once shipped, your order should arrive within 1 day. If you live further afield, your order will take 2-3 business days to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for, or guarantee the condition of your products on arrival if and when the shipment has been exposed to temperatures that exceed the melting points for any of our solid products. Customers outside of South African are encouraged to take not of the susceptibility to temperature that may cause them to melt or condense in transit, particularly our Nourishing Body Butters.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@ashandmill.com. Products determined to have been damaged in transit as result of mishandling, will be replaced and shipped free of charge from Ash & Mill, or you will be issued a refund for the damaged products.
