Ash & Mill Face Revive face oil for glowing skin is a structured blend of low-comedogenic oils to hydrate and nourish your skin, without clogging pores.

This face oil blend contains argan oil, jojoba oil and olive-derived squalane, along with rose geranium essential oil, oils that have have been selected to balance the composition of emollients, triglycerides, monoesters and antioxidants. What is squalane? Squalane is a derivative of squalene, which is a light hydrocarbon derived from a variety of natural sources, in this case, olives. The double bonds in squalene are susceptible to oxidative degradation. Squalane is therefore a more stable form of the molecule that is still readily absorbed by dry, tight skin, surrounding skin cells to lock in moisture by reducing transdermal moisture loss. 

Jojoba oil from seeds of Simmondsia chinensis, native to the Sonoran desert of Arizona, California and Mexico is a key ingredient in this natural face oil. Unlike most plant oils that are comprised mostly of triglycerides, like argan oil, Jojoba oil is comprised of monoesters, wax esters that are readily absorbed to soften and smooth your skin, while helping to regulate sebum production. A rich source of 11-eicosenoic acid, jojoba oil contains vitamin E, a natural antioxidant. 

As the star source of triglycerides in this face oil blend, argan oil is rich in vitamin E and is potent source of antioxidants.
